“ 日本の大企業の中には、10日後に何かを仕上げろ！と言われたら、「初日からまとめに入ってる」ような人さえいます。そういう人は、最初のミーティングで、「で、落としどころは？」とか言い出します。 スタート時点からまとめに入ってたら、なんら新しい価値は生まれません。既にあるものをコネクリまわしてキレイに整えて終わりです。 そういう人達は多大な時間を「まとめ」に使うので、見栄え“だけ”はいいモノを作ります。しかし本当に怖いのは、彼らの多くがそもそも「自分達で新しい価値を作りだそう！」という意欲さえ（最初から）失ってしまっている、ということです。無意識のうちに「早めにキレイにまとまったものが出せれば、それでいいんでしょ？」みたいになってしまっているのです。
